In a move to expand its online offerings, Yellow Pages publisher R.H. Donnelley of Cary has acquired Chicago-based LocalLaunch, a developer of Internet search products, platforms and fulfillment solutions to advertisers.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Donnelly said it did not expect the addition of the 40-employee, privately held tech shop to affect its future earnings estimates.
